All I want for Christmas is an announcement that fitterer and Reich are both gone and David tepper has decided to hire consultants and back out of all football related operations.

Who can’t see what’s about to happen…..we wait until after the season to “evaluate”…..wait too long during this process and miss out on getting a jump on interviews, miss out on all the good candidates, are then forced to pick through scraps who have no other options. We hire them with a 4 year contract, they suck and we have to start another re build in 1-2 years

That “report” was made before the game yesterday and the tweet time stamp is 1:04 PM.

While I don’t think anything will happen today, this was all before Teppers locker room rage fit.

Let him finish the season. Firing him before he finishes his first year may impact hiring of the next coach. It is already going to be tough enough. Don’t make it harder for yourself with the perception of not giving coaches a full year.

I mean Frank is ruining/hurting him. Tepper clearly knows what the talk is about him.  Not firing him now is just abut factoring in how the next potential HC views things.  Which is all fine. 

He should fire Fitterer today though.   Really yesterday. Last week. Before the season started in all honesty.

Reich isn’t freaking developing Bryce Young. He is actively ruining him.

BTW, this would seem to me to set up for a run at Harbaugh. He is the complete opposite of Reich and that may be more appealing to Tepper at this point. I know the other jobs may be more appealing, but money talks.
