I just realized that the Panthers can't be on Hard Knocks next year so there is some mercy in all this mess. I bet the NFL already had us circled as a juicy target before Frank got fired.

Frankly I'm not sure this team can recover unless Tepper leaves or we get a sufficiently strong leader to push back against him.

Clearly the team wasn't perfect under Richardson, but outside of his sleaziness it wasn't this organizationally inept and outright hostile to literally everyone
