After the season he had?  Prior to this season we could have possibly got him at #33, but dude blew up this year and there's no way he falls out of the top 10, let alone out of the first round.

If he's still there, we should take Keon Coleman from FSU or Brian Thomas Jr from LSU. Both are 6'4". I know we have had a tough time with Terrace Marshall Jr cause he's from LSU and also not very good but eventually something has got to give with drafting a WR.

On the one hand the Panthers need cheap talent, so trading down makes sense. On the other, they need the best talent they can get too, so trading down from borderline first round talent doesn't make sense.

He's another serious arm strength question for me. He throws a really floaty ball. Helluva college QB but I'm honestly not big on Penix as an NFL prospect
