Can there be hope with Tepper?

He's his own worst enemy. Only sliver of hope is that sheer shame will lead him to hire a consultant and a team president to run things and he just pays the bills. But I do not see him and his wife changing their stripes.

Word on the street is he did hire a consultant. The same moron who thought Lamar Jackson should play tight end.

That was the “rumor” somebody posted here a couple months ago and got scared and told Zod to delete the thread

I just thought he called him for advice, damn I didn’t know he hired him, no wonder we suck so bad. That dinosaur doesn’t know poo anymore.

The only hope is if he completely removes himself from football operations. The owner of the 9ers doesn’t even attend home games. Tepper likes the attention, does things for attention for himself, It’s cancer. And he’s installed a losing culture within the organization. Under Richardson there was a competitive spirit internally and people got promoted and recognized on merit. Now it’s like based on who knows Nicole and Scott, and other stupid internal politics. Tepper is a horrible person. I don’t blame the fans who’ve switched teams.

    • Did I say that? Try again. In fact, I said the exact opposite in several respects. I don't run a football team, and I wouldn't presume to know what the ball boy knows, much less Eric Eager (for example). I can only know so much.  I may question someone's opinion within the context of giving my own, but clowning people and personal insults are not my go-to style. Now, as some have learned over the more than last couple of decades, I can and will get stupid with people who get stupid with me.
    • Yea, I doubt Panthers can come close to a "fair" deal. Let me check- Morgan Moses signed a 3 year, $24,000,000 contract with the New England Patriots, including $4,200,000 signing bonus, $11,000,000 guaranteed, and an average annual salary of $8,000,000. In 2025, Moses will earn a base salary of $2,300,000, a signing bonus of $4,200,000 and a workout bonus of $150,000, while carrying a cap hit of $4,550,000 and a dead cap value of $11,000,000.   Moses is older, but I don't know if Motown would take that, the other point is Id don't think the Panthers can offer this either. They have Icky and then........BY. How do you place a price on BY if he goes out in 2025 and tears up everyone...250 million?!?!?! That's means no RT too.   Just too many players to pay. The Panthers already paid up for OGs and invested 8th, 32, and 39 at WR. Plus tossed 4th and 5th at TE to help BY.  Personally I feel Motown knows this is his last panther season and it means a lot to him.
    • I was a Philly Brown truther and yeah he was actually really good for a while. But frankly Coker showed more last year than Philly B ever did. Honestly think Coker could reach peak Victor Cruz level
