That’s an NFL marketing thing. All teams get one alternative helmet game.

He has rubber-stamped some "bad football moves" for sure,  but hindsight is always crystal clear. It's the learning of the lessons so as not to repeat the same errors that is ultimately important.

Lessons can only be learned if one is humble enough to realize they are not infallible. His press conference after firing Reich and purposely mispronounced his name while making the entire situation about himself leads me to believe it's a longshot at best to think he's learned enough to truly change his approach. This is who he has been his entire adult life.
