We rebuilt the bears and gave an MVP in his prime to the 49ers

CMC trade was a good trade at the time given his injury history. We had no idea he would return "back to form."

DJ trade I was fine with because he's never been a #1. he was very inconsistent. looks like being traded lit a fire under him.

they're on other teams now so I dont have any remorse in trading them. what bothers me is how DJ said that the panthers didn't want him when in fact, as reported, the team didn't want to but it was the only way to move up. I feel CMC has gone on record saying something similar but I think, from what I've read, it's inconclusive.

DJ Moore- 92 REC, 1300 Yards, 8 TDS

CMC- 2,023 Yards, 21 TDs

Total: 3,323 Yards, 29 TDs

Panthers 2023 Offense combined:

  • 1,638 rushing yards
  • 3,151 recieving yards
  • 20 TDs

DJ & CMC would make up

  • 145% of our TD offense
  • 70% of our yards from scrimage.

This alone should have Scott F. fired tomorrow.

Not taking the Burns trade should have hat Scott F fired a year ago.

Then entire debacle is absolutely unacceptable!!!

Trading him wasn’t the problem. Not getting a 1st was.

I remember arguing with folks on here about how we got fleeced.

    • Two things: 1. Dr. Eric Eager is central to the draft process 2. I know that it was edited, but we didn't hear "Thieneman" one time, not even before the Vikings pick.
    • Why would he sign here as a guard when surely someone would sign him as a tackle?  Assuming he is healthy
    • Went back to watching the highlights. With a sober mind haha. Here is what I saw.    freddie needs to make 1 of those but the rest aren’t on him.    Slavin was BBBBAAAD again last night. Not sure what is going on with these game one Slavin gafs.    miller was ok but had his worst game in the playoffs so far.    nikishin was no good. His his awful turnover led to the first goal at the end of the first period that just can’t happen. ghost was beat like a drum multiple times last night, including the go-ahead goal at the end jarivs wont shoot. He is either hurt or he is struggling mentally and I think it could be a combination of both. He passed up a wide open net on the power-play only to pass it to no one and cleared it himself.     Svech played well. He is getting zero help on that line.    aho. Worst game as a pro. I mean that. He won’t shoot it, passes go to no one and turns it over repeatedly.  He did exactly what they did against Montreal game one when Miller had a turnover. Aho left his man to go help and left the golden Knight player wide open in front of Freddie.  If I was Rod, you Tell Aho when that thing hits your stick you fire it  someone needs to sit him down just him in a room and ask what’s going on. He seems soft, timid and has zero fire.   canes could have won that game   There isn’t a gap between these two teams  they are dead even   Carter Hart’s gonna get lit up in this series. We can beat that guy. the consensus last night was our defense played horrible and our stars won’t score.  clean the defense up. Tell the top line to shoot it everything and we’ll win tomorrow night.   Possibly convincingly.
