Why the hell is he interviewing for a DC job?

what about a time off, a break, retirement?

You’re done dude, you’ve wasted enough talent with your stoic stares and cluelessness

great man

horrible coach

Reich 2.0, doesn’t know when the curtain has been called

All he knows is football is my guess…him staying around after his HC run ends is pretty normal.  League is slammed full of former HCs.

I mean, we just employed Dom freaking Capers

I mean even Fox called it a day after the Bears….

he moved into football ‘consulting’

John Fox is still out there on the sidelines today as a coach.  He is with the Lions.  Last time we played them he was there smacking that gum

He probably just loves the game to be honest.

But the Commanders had the worst defense in the NFL both in yardage and points and before anyone talks about them trading their starting DEs, their D was terrible before they did that too. I think the game has just passed Ron by. Hell, it had passed Ron by before we fired him.

I’ve come to the conclusion that Fox’s wife banned him from chewing gum in the house at some point. The main reason he’s still coaching is to be able to do it with impunity for a few hours on Sunday

    • I’m really having a hard time understanding how this actually went down. -Renfrow expected to make roster as 2nd/3rd string. -Panthers cut Renfrow; Keep Brycen Tremayne, and add UDFA receiver (Dalevon Campbell) to active roster.  -Canales/Morgan say it’s totally up to Hunter whether he wants to come back or not, they would love to have him.    -Renfrow not signed to PS -Panthers trade Adam Thielen -Hunter Renfrow signed to active roster with a raise after an injury to Coker nobody heard about and is likely to start.    Our WR room is now: -Xavier Legette (2024 1st round pick) -Tet McMillan (2025 1st round pick) -Hunter Renfrow (1 year out of the league) -David Moore (Canales’ friend? A guy way past his prime) -Jimmy Horn (Likely a Shi Smith reprint, but has potential 2025 6th round pick, weighs 174 lbs) -Brycen Tremayne (2023 UDFA who was on Washington’s PS for 2 years and caught 1 pass for -2 yards and averaged 300 yards per year at Stanford) -Dalevon Campbell (2025 UDFA had a good preseason but had 1463 yards and 3 TDs over 5 college seasons at 3 different schools). What the hell is going on?
    • Not uncommon for week 1 games. Especially against good defenses. It’s why I prefer my team play these small schools week 1 if they are going to play them. Gives the offense time to get calibrated.
