The Chiefs are an F? must be the league just hates the team. The only possible owner that's lower than us that makes sense is the cardinals. how the bears aren't lower, i dk. Steelers field is absolute garbage, and so are the Rooneys.

it's just the KC players isn't that are impacting those grades.   I mean, just because the team wins doesn't mean ownership couldn't be grade a d bags.

I mean, the head coach got an A -

I don't know what to make of that.  Guess it's a likeability survey more than anything.  Nice people are going to score high?

It doesn't specify which Head Coach either...Wouldn't be surprised if it's players trolling Tepper for being an asshole while not jeopardizing the good staff members in general

I read that it was done between Aug-Nov of 2023.  Which, Frank probably came off very well to guys that lived through the Rhule joke era.   So that means the polling also took place before they actually got a taste of Frank the real NFL Panther HC.  Don't even know if a game was played during that quirky window.

Mad Dog crushed him on First Take this morning.

We have the worst owner in the league. It's time we embrace it. It's why I'm not excited about any of the hires. This dude just makes bad moves.

Per the NFLPA we have the *4th* worst owner in the league... silver linings.

Chiefs have bad facilities, arrowhead is old, and the owner is cheap with hotels/accomidations/etc. Part of the reason why players aren't really pining to play there and have no qualms leaving. Although most players in free agency just choose whoever is paying them the most. That's why "player X isn't coming to this dumpster fire (Panthers), he wants to play for a winning team" isn't a thing in the NFL. Players just want money and quality of life

Mad Dog is even worse than Stephen A.

At least Stephen A calls out the delusional "America's Team" bandwagon gang.  But, I'll concede that listening to his grating and obnoxious voice on everything else is a chore.

    • Hmmm... not a good start. Maybe I'm reading too much into this but after the guy who has been carrying your offense expresses frustration with his sudden lack of use and your HC just blows it off and confirms they haven't even talked, your PR team decides to use the guy who should be his backup as their poster boy hyping this week's game? Yikes. Hard not to interpret that as another slap in the face.
    • For some reason this is becoming a disturbing trend in the NFL. Teams are shutting down one part of their offense without causation from the opposition. Shane Steichen did it an overtime loss against Kansas City last week with the best back in the NFL. Pete Carroll allowed Chip Kelly to completely abandon the run game against Dallas the week before he was fired in Oakland as the OC. Matt Lafleur abandoned the pass instead choosing to rely on a bottled up run game when we clearly were having issues with the passing game. Big brain play callers some of them HCs are what the league wanted along with high powered offense and these dudes are making some of the dumbest situational calls I've ever seen. At least most of them are young and can learn, Canales included. I remember Norv Turner trying to throw the ball around the yard in a certain SuperBOWL, going in at halftime down 13-6. Emmitt Smith said get me the d*mn ball and took over in the 2nd half. Remember Kyle Shanahan in the 2nd half vs. the Patriots? This shite happens to the best and the brightest. We are just actively seeing it play out in real time just like Atlanta and Dallas fans before us.  Also, not saying Canales is going to become either of those, just begging/hoping for our sanity he gets his shite together if he's going to be our HC.
