Don't know anyone can pass Smitty other than his stats, he'll always be the goat.  I do expect XL to break all rookie receiving records.  Hopefully Bryce develops a connection with him and delivers the ball on time because I have a feeling he will have no problems getting open in the NFL.

He only needs NFL open. With a sharp, competitive QB throwing to him, he can make rain. 

I wish we had that.

I don't expect him to break KB's 1008 rookie receiving yards. KB got force fed the ball, we will have Thielen and Johnson ahead of him in terms of yards and catches imo.

I'm hoping it's Johnson, XL, then Theilen and Sanders with similar yards.  I think Theilen will play a Proehl role this season

True, only so many throws to go around however, I’m sure that Canales will run some plays directed specifically at XL, to take advantage of his skill set.  His YAC and touchdowns per pass directed at him should give some insight into what to expect in the future when the distribution favors him more.

      I love all these people saying "Bryce gets a final chance"......Like what about the 3 previous years with subpar playing never avg barely over 200yrds a game as a QB!  Micro mini QB is a backup level QB at best in this league, we need to move on!!!!

      Boooo.... Damn dude been on like 4yrs straight of prove it yrs and we still don't know what he has on a consistent bases.. He has looked like trash more games then a franchise QB and also is still the smallest QB in the NFL Cam played 9 season in Car and is a legend. Young going into yr 5 still looking for a winning season and something to say he even close to starter material

      It makes no sense I see all these articles saying if byoung keeps improving and I am wondering what improvement.  His total tds were up for this past year, but his y/g 179.9 171.6 188.2 basically a flat line especailly if you remove his outlier games.  His QBR 34.1 50.7 47.6 actually went down ; his y/a 5.5 6.3 6.3 no improvement .  Basically every single stat shows he is exactly who he has been since entering the nfl a bottom of the league qb.
