I'm actually going on yet another relaxing walk enjoying this wonderful weather. After that going to cook up some delicious chicken. Ya know normal Tuesday stuff. I appreciate your concern.

Oh I wouldn't want to derail this fine thread with talk of culinary exploits..

But if you must know I am a man who has thoroughly enjoyed my fried chicken over the years. Now I keep it simple with high quality boneless skinless chicken breast seasoned to perfection with some legit Carolina BBQ sauce.

I’ve been digging marinating them in Italian dressing overnight and the grilling up with whatever sauce/seasoning you want. Top notch!
