It all sounds nice. Cost wise this would go over better if the team weren't dogshit the last several years.

How much are the owners that brag about concert dollars putting up for all this?

Wonder how many of these Third Ward residents watch the Panthers play every week, yet they don't consider them an eye sore. Because, that's plenty painful to see.

Free smoke stations near all the concession stands. $2 pretzels and $20 water. Profits would be through the roof.

Tepper changed his mind on a dome after COVID (for obvious reasons). There has been talk about something like Miami did (not fully enclosed but would protect fans from the elements).

It is pretty shocking that municipalities still fund stadiums in 2024.
