Signed RB Dillon Johnson to the practice squad.

I didn't finish the 'reel' but didn't see much besides runs. Anyone that gets time in the backfield is going to need the two more things; good to great hands and pass pro.

I like him though when people know you are running it. (which, a football team needs 'that guy')

I believe this is the guy some people were upset about us cutting.

I wasnt upset with cutting him, just the timing........(like many other moves). After the stinkers to end the last year and poor PS showings, johnson ran hard and broke like 4 tackles starting in the back-field. You reward that effort with a pink slip??? They had 40 other players to cut, pick one of them. "timing" like they wavied that OLman a couple days after his wife gave brith. Just treat the players more human-like and use common sense.

Well looks like that performance didn’t inspire any other team to sign him so we got him back. He was cut to give him a chance of signing with a team after his performance. It wasn’t an insult but a reward. When no one signed him we still stashed him away on our practice squad. There isn’t a spot for him in our current RB room yet.

They let Johnson show what he could against the Jets and then cut him to see if any other team was interested, when they werent he signed back to the PS. They did him a solid.

Yet, he's on the team for week 1. Looks to me like they were clever. He had a good game, got attention and then was cut. That was a red flag to teams and no one signed him. Then we we sign him like we always wanted him. That seems pretty smooth to me.

    • Helllllllllllllll no on Tyreek, not even on a vet minimum and if he was playing at his peak abilities. We have way too young of a WR room to bring that head case into the locker room, there is just no way I want him around any of our WRs.  The things that make him great aren't things that can be taught, they're his natural born athletic gifts, so there isn't anything useful he can teach our guys and would just be a bad influence on them. Same goes for Stefon Diggs. Allen I'd love, he'd be a great mentor for T-Mac and Coker, but I doubt he plays anywhere other than with the Chargers or a legit true SB contender this year (and only small odds on the latter there, likely Chargers or nothing I'd guess).
    • On the new site if you don't have access to your old email I have the solution.    You will be give a chance to recover your account.   The site will ask you for your username and your old email.    If those entries match what is in the huddle database, you will be given the opportunity to input a new email address to reset your password with. You can then login and change your profile however you want.  If those entries don't match, it will be ignored.  This seems like a very simple solution. Once everyone is happy and migrated over we will remove the tool.
    • a lot of folks online saying "who?" I just keep replying, the guy who outplayed Puka Nacua in back to back games on national tv, that guy.
