Dont get me wrong...

I love a good griddle burger with its salt and the greasy quality.  There is a place in the world for that.

But when you want a burger that calls you to the backyard and the Weber grill and the oddly shaped pattys...

Cookout rules

Sir everyone knows the best burger is homemade in your backyard.

Smashburger season salt n pepper no extra stuff!

Smash patties until crisp on the edges.

Homemade chilli ground beef, salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder, onion cook on low let simmer until the water evaporates in the sauce.

Cole slaw, prepackaged mix, mayo, light mustard, vinegar mix well.

Toast potato buns on griddle with butter.

Cheese use whatever you like.

Boom best burger in the world Carolina style!

Sorry, I'm preferential to my own burgers.

I have a hard time eating Cook Out.  Whenever I do, it creates a brown volcano in my guts.  It's not pleasant.

As far as where I go out for a burger...  The Wendy's near my work has been kind to my guts and hasn't tasted too terrible.  Honestly, I avoid fast food as much as possible.  When we do go out to eat, it's usually for something I don't make usually or do well, lol.

I try to stay away from the Wendy's/Burger King fast food spots. Not because I don't like the food.

It's the people that cook the food that bothers me. They tend to hire people off the street. Don't believe me walk in and check the people in the back who are cooking.

I just can't trust people like that cooking my food. No disrespect.

I rarely eat Burgers anymore, but several people have told me that Culvers has the best Burger around now.

i like culvers alright.

something about cookout, though. doesn't seem like they are trying to be anything different than someone who just makes good burgers, throws stuff on them, and smashes it all together. nothing there is pretty, but it's damn tasty food.

Cookout is certainly a tasty burger and I will never turn one down.  Been eating more healthy these days so haven't had the cookout or similar burger in a long time.  I do make my own awesome burgers on the weber kettle or smashed on the blackstone.

I will say a local non chain restaurant can have the best greasy unhealthy heart blocking patties.  Really wanted one yesterday from a local no name and finally talked myself out of it.

    • I mean I just don't understand the argument. Baker and Sam both have been pro bowl QBs post their time here. And you just said yourself that is due to him having a damn good roster around him and they are well coached. You're even saying the bad baker is still there somewhere, but he is in a good organization with good roster and coaching that they are getting the best out of him. Why does Baker and Sam get all that benefit of the doubt but when it comes to Bryce it must be a BY9 problem, not an org or team problem?  Hell I got a guy below you arguing with me that Chark/Hurst/Mingo sucked because Bryce wouldn't throw them open. It's ridiculous how far the stretch goes.
    • Correct.  It’s really hard to get open in the NFL when opposing defenses gameplan and cheat coverage/routes on all your players because they know your QB can’t make certain throws/plays.   magically no one that comes to Carolina can get open or make plays with the ball in their hands…..it’s like there is one singular common dominator to it all.  BY makes playing defense way too easy.   NFL players are too good to allow one side to cheat coverage and not respect all the potential threats of a route  so you can dial up a great play.  But if corners and safeties just cheat coverage and know X and Y happening on route/threats….getting open gets hard when they just play it one way.  Getting open has a lot to do with the different threats a WR can pose on a given play.
    • Kinda depends how you look at it both were 3rd round draft pics.  Nico was nothing before stroud and tank came in with stroud.  If both were on the panthers would young have them doing well and starting or would their stats be low.  I really dont know the answer to that.  None of the panthers wrs have left and did well either but personally i feel neither of nico or tank would do much on the panthers.
