Definitely useful for mental reps, but I do wonder if it can be expanded to be used alongside traditional practice reps. For example, the offensive players wear augmented reality VR goggles that show them what the defense is running, they run through the play, then try running it without the goggles and see if they made the correct reads. Or even have an AI-assisted VR app that gives them real time advice during a rep so they can practice making the correct reads/throws in different situations.

The technology is probably a ways off from that kind of detail, but it's worth looking into, IMO.

Stuff like that will come eventually, although it's probably a ways off.

I am not sure how much longer it will be before you see good AI driven interfaces that can truly assist in development. That doesn't feel like a next 10 years sort of thing.

Another great lesson in draft the player and not the school or their record. That crap is just practice and their opponents are just practice. 'But who did he play'? Nobody because they are all not in the NFL so it's just different levels of nobodies with some NFL talent sprinkled in. That's just college fan BS at the NFL level.

I read the whole exchange. It was you crawfishing after you realized you misread the entire intent of his post.

No one at any point said anything about concussions or injuries to Tua. You went directly there after just the mention of his name.

That's weird.

I'll tell you what happened. The first guy posted the picture showing what Tua sees with the cam even on top of his head. So it shows that Bryce would even be lower that which means he is basically blind. The Cam guy doesn't catch on the shortness aspect, he sees a blurry picture either from a screenshot at the wrong time or just uploading a low resolution pic. He immediately thinks blurry picture means blurry sight means making fun of Tua's concussion.

Of course he immediately missed the mark and hurries to post proving his honor to water girl he is trying to impress in here. Look at how he would defend your honor my lady. Gets called out for being insane and then it clicks, it was showing Bryce can't see b/c he is shorter. Too late though to admit that he messed up, she would see his wit is misplaced or non-existant. So the only option is to pivot, and pivot fast. "It's was a joke guyz, do you see how random I am. You just don't have the brain power to see my humor which is on another level." And now we are here. He can go even deeper if you push. How deep you make him go is entirely up to you.

    • I think Indiana will win it all but Miami should give them a much better fight than Oregon did.
    • When I tell people I was at that game, they usually say oh that’s so cool you had the experience. I call it soul crushing. Why? The weeks and months leading up to it were great, the team was fun to watch every week…some weeks the offense was unstoppable and carried the team (saints and giants road games), other times the defense carried the load (jaguars, tampa). Lots of back and forth games against good teams (Seattle and Indy). Good young players on the team, but the veteran leadership was incredible…from Cam, Olsen, Kalil and J Stew to Luke, TD, Norman, Tillman, Jared Allen, CJ. Role players like Fozzy Whitaker, Cotchery (he caught that MFer), Philly brown, Kyle love, AJ Klein, and so on.  The Friday before the nfc championship my wife and I after a few drinks said let’s see what prices look like for flights/accommodations and we got to talking about how much prices would increase if we waited until we found out if we would be in the big game. We said screw it, we are only out $200 if we have to cancel.  Of course we come out and just pulverized the cardinals in front of the most raucous crowd by far we’ve ever had. We had no idea what we would do for game tickets and then found out a neighbor who worked for the team could get us 2 for face value (each employee got two of their own for free, something cool that JR did).  But then the NFL mafia decided that the storyline of manning going out on top like Elway would give them more goodwill than a non traditional QB who didn’t connect with their target demo and the rest is history. I never have and never will watch that game again. I am just hoping I can see them win one in the 2nd half of my life.
