You are a ray of sunshine in every post. If you aren't getting much for him anyhow please tell us all why the fug you would trade him in the first place since he isn't breaking the bank and signed next year as well as offering veteran mentorship to the younger players.

I'm glad, I actually don't want to trade clowney. And I think adding some pass rushers and having him as vet help would go a long way next year.

It was a Burns trade reference, but thanks for participating.  I’m actually a Clowney fan.  He’s a good dude.

Trade offers came in too low. Imagine the narrative if we traded Clowney for a 6th rounder.  Everyone now thinks they can fleece the Panthers like a cheap prostitute

There doesn't seem to be anyone on the roster worth mentoring. I feel bad for him. What a waste of an end of a career. Him being the only legit passrush has to be the cause of him staying because any compensation would have very little regardless.

Not sure why any team would be interested.  He’s fallen off a cliff and looks comically slow out there.

This never made any sense he was a fa begging for a job and panthers signed him and he has played ok if dj brought back a move up 5 spots in the 6th or 5th or whatever why would clowney bring back anything
