The bad part of having a lot of roster holes is that you suck. The good part come draft time is that there's no need to feel the itch to reach on any positions. Just draft what you judge as the best talent available every pick.

Okay so say we drafted McMillan. Same thing. Our defense is absolutely decimated with injuries this game and has been most of the season. The team won’t be rebuilt in one offseason, and you have to figure out if Bryce is franchise level or not. You can’t do that with Thielen as our best receiver.

3/4 of who we are watching are not starters.

At 1, you take whatever high grade wr is there. After that you're running straight defense. Secondary and linebackers need an overhaul. Pick up an edge guy if there's one there that you value much higher than any LB.

I think x takes a step in offseason at stays really good and coker takes a step dont think wr is a huge need.

Who cares if we have to take one more season to build our defense, it is much more important to see if Bryce can be the man. Keep Evero one more season…no one is hiring him as Head Coach this offseason and we will have Brown Returning next year.

At this pt bpa...we are 3 yrs away from any competitiveness on a consistent basis.

lol I’m not mad if we go defense early in the draft and understand it’s a huge, massive need. Ray Charles can see that. I’m just saying getting weapons for Bryce to evaluate him on being a franchise guy is a higher priority. Being that we are more than one offseason away from building this roster, I’m saying I don’t mind waiting until the following offseason to focus heavy on that side of the ball. 3/4 of the players on defense today are not our starters.

Offense doesn't need the best WR in the draft. But they do need a type. Speed and elusive with good hands. I don't care if he's 5'8" 175lbs. This defense needs an exorcism. Either that or an enema.

Because defensive rookies tend to struggle more than offensive ones.  

Our best chance at bringing in impact defensive players next year is through free agency.

Take T-Mac in the 1st to finally solve our #1 WR problem, spend all cap room and the rest of our picks on defense

We need to be able to stop people. This defense couldn't stop a granny in a wheelchair. 

Draft the best defensive player available.  We need them all
