Have you seen the calls they are giving Mahomes? If the NFL officiated Mahomes like they did Cam, he wouldn’t have a Super Bowl ring

Seen? No. Haven't been able to watch much where I'm at.

Have read plenty of talk about it, though.

Drive killing penalties will do that especially combined with drive extending personal foul calls.

Lol those were in fact penalties the questionable ones were on the other side of the ball, I'm sure the refs made them give up 8 sacks

I will give Stroud credit and say he didn't average almost 5 seconds holding the ball on his sacks like Darnold did.

If the refs hadn't called the penalties, the Texans would have had more opportunities.

More opportunities to allow sacks and miss field goals.

The refs allowed Mahomes to march up and down the field for.....177 yds passing.

I was gonna ask how Stroud looked in the game but it sounds like it wasn't a great showing.

I did see that Mongolian cluster $#@& of the last red zone appearance and field goal attempt.

No, not really.  No one said the KC defense isn't good.  They got some calls, be blind if you want to

    • I think what's been useful about PFF rankings on a weekly basis is to see how certain members of the defensive backfield perform according to them. I find it hard to judge Nick Scott and some of the others the last few weeks, though he's had some plays, so these scores are helpful there. Though when Derrick Brown doesn't show up at all it's a head scratcher.  I know week to week is irrelevant but he had a monster game by most accounts.
    • Agreed the odds are stacked against us and I doubt we win it but you never know. I just know it's nice to be able to even have this conversation again.
