I think it is pointless to have an interim coach from within at this point unless they had a chance to be the coach for next season. Who really right now wants a coach from our current staff to lead the team?

In the grand scheme of things, it doesn't matter if Fox is fired midseason or at the end. He is gone and the next coach isn't on staff.

I would will it to happen. Simply b/c we would then get a realistic view of exactly how horrible Jeff Davidson is.....or if Fox is the main reason for it.

I wouldn't. If they fired him now, it would just add more confusion to an already bad situation.

Fox will get his just reward at the end of the year.

Besides. Just letting things take their natural course as they are, I can't say with any certainty we are going to beat the 49'ers.
