Pyotr should have been in goal for this game. Not a slight against Freddie (he played great) but why not take advantage of the long break between Games 2 and 3 and put Pyotr in net for a game that doesn’t matter?

With Pyotr in net for game 3, what’s the worst that can happen? The Devils win? Which you’re suppose to win at home anyway. Best case? Canes steal one on the road.

Now we’re looking at either starting Pyotr in a higher pressure game or starting Freddie for his fourth game in a row. Disastrous decision making that is, quite frankly, idiotic.

Freddie is the Road Warrior. It's not his fault that we can't score.

Not buying that we do go kooch game 4. I feel like pepz think we are because of that 4 ot Florida game. Big difference between barely a few minutes into 2OT and almost the end of 4th OT.

Don't think we can afford to also. NJ was much better game 3 and one could argue they were better game 2

No one has said “tiredness” you smooth brained, rock eater. We’ve been saying he has an injury history and the more he plays, the greater chance he has of being injured. And guess what? Lo and behold, through no fault of his own, he’s injured.
