Didn't like the hostile atmosphere and the personal attacks I was told in confidence. Things got out of hand for a while so a lot chose to stay away.

I am migrating this site off our current server and onto a cloud based server the board developers recommend. Everything on the backend is getting upgraded and the forum software will be brought up to date. 

 

The database for this joint is absolutely huge, I've told them they can prune anything over a year old to help make it more manageable. 

 

As such, by training camp this joint should be ready to enjoy a brand new season..... For about 2 weeks until it becomes clear again we still suck.

Tepper hasn't changed, he's keeping his ego and bad decisions out of full public view.  Dave's just making the same bad decisions largely behind closed doors.  He's at least self aware enough to know he's not a fan favorite and that's why he's largely taken a back seat to media exposure.  I serious doubt it was some inflection moment, epiphany, course correction or humbleness that Dave had come to realize.
