Two years in a row tho an UDFA will make the 53. Pretty good work by Dan while also showing how bad our roster is.

Just goes to show you we don't need 5th round picks or worse from the Vikings. We have a better success rate with UDFAs than 5th-7th round picks. Not sure to be happy or sad about that though

I called Renfrow not making the roster. Thielen, Coker and now Horn all play the slot. He also showed nothing in the preseason

Horn showed nothing.  No evidence Horn can be on a NFL field yet.

and Renfrow is the only actual NFL punt returner on this roster.  Everyone else is a hold your breathe and pray tryout come week 1.

Good call. Figured it was between Renfrow and Horn for the last WR spot.

Horn is not playing a meaningful snap this year unless we have 2+ receivers get injured - possibly 3 because I wouldn't be surprised if Tremayne is ahead of him. I think the only reason Horn (and Moore) are on the roster is for their special teams usefulness.

    • Why are Vikings fans acting like we peed in their cereal?
    • I’m actually fine with our TE group. I would like to see us upgrade at ILB, maybe safety and CB.   I think we are good at WR. I thought Corley could have been a good player but I guess he wasn’t doing good at all.   I came across this article about Corley from today. I know sometimes a change of scenery can really help turn around a player and we’ve seen plenty of players from the jets end up being good other places. I just don’t know if Corley is that guy.   https://www.newsweek.com/sports/nfl/jets-insider-shares-embarrassing-fact-about-malachi-corleys-release-2119816
    • I was really rooting for him after seeing that video about his struggles. I always thought he was a solid and underrated player.   I thought for sure he would have made the team after hearing all the hype and how he made that overthrown catch by Plummer behind the line and still was able to gain a yard or two off it. Plummer really overthrew him each time yet he was able to still not lose yards. I think he still could play in the nfl. I think he may need a few months to get into top form though. Hopefully he will get signed to another team.
