If Bryce stinks it up….. should we call in the TANK COMMANDER with all the QBs coming out

After the first couple weeks and prior years, I’m not super duper excited for the QBs coming out. I’m a Clemson fan and I want no part of Klubnik as our QB. Arch put up some stats against the juggernaut of San Jose State but he also had the same inaccuracy issue and damn it you shouldn’t be talked about as a #1 overall pick if you can’t beat a 7th round pick in your sophomore season. Allar is like his coach, terrible against good teams. Nussmeyer didn’t impress me last year or against Clemson, it was all dump offs and let my guys do the hard work.

Maybe Sellers but even he didn’t look great against SC State.

Personally, I’d love to get a haul from someone with a hard on for one of those guys. I don’t see a Stroud or Daniels in these guys but maybe there is a Nix or Maye.

Yeah… the top of the QB draft class isn’t looking great. Seems Sellers is at the top of most boards. But he’s completed 11 and 12 passes on his first two games.  Idk if he is an nfl level passer. Maybe Nuss cuts back on some of the silly plays this year.

It’s still early, Beck is off to a good start in Miami. Maybe Dante Moore at Oregon shows QB1 talent. So guys could emerge. But I also wouldn’t be mad if we ended up with an Anthony Hill, Bain/Faulk, or a Caleb Downs type on defense.

Bryce is a cautionary for tale for no matter whast u have between the ears if you don't have the god given ability to capitalize what does it matter? I think he's smart enough throws with anticipation.. but he has a bottom 10 arm in the league and. Lacks the zip to capitalize on that assessment.

Fast foward to Dallas, they essentially lean into the same game plan against the Cowboys and I think everyone was surprised by how quickly it started to look complimentary.  In my opinion the productive offense really helped the defense as well.  We played quite solid against a top offense. Finally we make our way to the Jets and Bills, Chubba's return.  You can't say the low scoring affair and return to ineffective football against the Jets was all on Chubba, they were indeed a better defense and so was Buffalo.  But the production difference between the two backs in both games was both visually and statistically obvious.  The bigger picture is the offense took a major step back as well.  They are other moving parts and it's isn't all one thing, BY9>Dalton by a decent margin at this point.   But yeah, Rico's vision and athleticism is just better than Chubba and it jumps at you.
    • First day in 3 weeks my pain started to dwindle just a tiny bit.  Got switched from hydrocodone to post-shingles pain patches.  My insurance refused to pay for my patches as I’m too young for shingles per them.  I also need a prescription to get shingles shot and insurance also won’t pay for it even thought I just had shingles and in high risk to get it again.
