What makes you think he can hit someone?  Tremayne had been a really good gunner for us already so far this season.

Nothing really. I am trying to be positive and proactive and suggest some sort of use for a player that was drafted as 1st round wr, but has no future as a 1st round wr. 

Personally, I guess we drafted a mascot. He sure talks funny though, don't he? Har har.

Yea i would say the trying to make him a character will cut off entirely by the end of this season.

Not a lot of quarterbacks are mounting 20+ point comebacks week in and week out. Especially the ones who get hailed for 4th quarter comebacks. 

I think several teams did it to us in 2015 after we jumped all over them. We almost lost some Big leads. If memory serves…

Our team is built to succeed on the assumption the O-line will dominate. They haven’t come close, and Bryce, the WRs and the Defense has suffered as a result. O-line and run game have to dominate or we lose.

Is Bryce is going to have success at any level as a quarterback in the NFL he has to eliminate his turnovers. This was a very winnable game today without his turnovers.

Young isn't always bad, and even when he is bad he's getting plenty of help to lose games.

My thing with that is you can’t look at it in a vacuum. Things are symbiotic, if I am using that word right. I know that the playbook is a certain way because of Young’s skill set. Just opening things up to different options would change the whole thing for everybody involved. A whole new equation. 
 

Otherwise to the original idea, Wallace was a bad pick. I thought so last year when he got on the field and really never improved. And can’t think of them right now but I know there are examples of a coach or GM being great at a position but cannot fill it on his team. But Dan, that Wallace evaluation; wtf happened? 

But I think the 2025 rookies are looking pretty good if you are grading on a Panther curve. T Mac will make his QB better (I think we see that now).

I really hope Zavala isn’t reverting to 2023 form. Because we will be screwed. 

Kicker couldn’t make it from what, 57? To me, if your defense is strong and is balling and you punt the ball, I won’t complain. This, today, wasn’t that. Canales is still a young coach and still green.

Stud: WR Tetairoa McMillan

In the midst of all the incompetence and mediocrity, there's one shining hope for the future of this franchise. Rookie wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan led the team with six catches and 100 receiving yards. He also had an extremely impressive one-handed catch wiped out becaue he couldn't quite stay in-bounds. McMillan is a bit slower, but there are flashes of some Julio Jones in his game. His route running and YAC ability are both far better than they were advertised coming out of the draft.

 

Or, you know, exactly what anyone who watched enough of his tape would have known.  

Honestly, our Arizona board could never understand this knock on him in the pre-draft process, because we all knew it wasn't true.  And sure, we're fans who watched all his games, but you'd think the experts who supposedly watch all the snaps of these type of prospects would have been seeing it too, it was glaringly obvious to us.

Seriously, how many times did I say here that he could run every route needed?  How many times did I talk about his surprisingly good run after catch ability for someone his size?  How he wasn't a burner, but he was amazingly smooth for a 6'5" WR?

As I've said, only 2 players from Arizona, both football and basketball, have I ever felt they were 1 million percent can't miss stars in the pros.  T-Mac and Gronkowski, that's it.  One is the greatest TE in NFL history, the other is about to take Smitty's mantle as the Panthers WR GOAT when all is said and done.

How does this fuger keep getting positive reviews and support from media outlets, teammates, ex-players etc? This is an in-joke that we as Panthers fans aren't partial to, right?

This was his 30th start on Sunday. He's looked awful in 28 of them. 

He put his team in a 10 point hole on Sunday - no-one else threw that INT or fumbled the ball on a routine hit. fug off with his garbage time stats - the Cards played Prevent for 30 minutes. 

When the ball bounced our way at the end and the game was on the line they simply dialled up the pressure again and he folded like the bitch he is.
