I assume Evero will be the first domino to fall but there are much bigger issues.

I have been a L.A. Clippers fan for as long as I've been a Panthers fan. Started following sports as a whole when Carolina became a franchise. Cleaning house doesn't matter.

You could fire every coach, every scout, every person involved in any football related decisions, purge the roster and do an expansion draft 1995 style, and it won't make a single difference. The Panthers have their Donald Sterling, and until they don't, the results won't change. 

This, literally, may take decades to get better.
