Call me crazy but with what I have seen through 5 weeks this team would have 3 or 4 wins with league average QB play. His first quarter turnovers have killed us time and time again. I really think we would have beat the Jags and Cards. Idk wtf happened against the Pats.

We actually have some talent on offense and I think Dave’s offense with a QB who can push the ball downfield would look completely different. You can tell he wants to run to set up big play action chunk plays and currently can’t.

Just watched those bucs Hawks highlights and good lord....both of them were slinging the ball around. Its definitely a talent issue, I dont know how anybody thinks bryce is just gonna go to another team and start doing that.

I could be wrong, but I'd almost bet the farm that with a legit starting QB, and in particular a prototypical one, we wouldn't be having this discussion. Our offense would look like what most fans are used to seeing on any given Sunday. The Panthers FO on down is just coddling a nice guy in his third season because we spent big for him. He's a sunk cost.

As much as I'd like for Bryce to prove us all wrong... He has done absolutely nothing to make me think that he will. I think Teddy Bridgewater level game manager is his ceiling.

Sometimes you just have to cut your loses and stop throwing good money after bad... We fugged up! Now, let Canales draft his QB next season and se how we fare.

We’re just dumb and can’t see it. No vision.

I said before this all started I don’t care to watch this college rollout off schedule thing. I want to watch the NFL game.
Even if we do it well, it is inferior to what those guys are doing. To my eyes.

Hunter Renfrow has more TDs than every other WR combined on the roster put together

Bryce can’t play beyond 20 yards.  We don’t need to keep trying ton solve a riddle that has been answered.   Even in the 10-20 yard range Bryce largely just plays the game to the sideline/out.

I'll just leave this here.

I’d love to have a Ted Ginn type on this team

People really need to stop bringing up Cam and thinking that’s the standard. Cam is 1/1. Generational talent.

Ginn dropped a lot of footballs. Often multiple times in the same games. And not just contested passes we're talking wide open in his hands. Cam kept going at him. He resurrected Ginn's career. That's what a #1 pick is supposed to do. Elevate those around them.

Bryce can play beyond 20 yards when the team can play beyond 20 yards. The physics of football don’t change from college to NFL. Bryce had one of the best deep balls in college football. He also had surprise surprise, speed at the WR position. Our fastest WR is 5’8 bruh and he just got on the field. Your take is lazy as always.

Bryce has a problem hitting moving targets.  He's really good at hitting guys who are open and just standing there or are really slow

The same folks are going to outright lie in response to this despite the plethora of evidence (including video) that supports it.

Best they might have is a random YouTuber that follows the Chargers and got beat up by a little person in a barfight.

That 7 yard hail mary a couple of weeks ago says everything anyone needs to know about his arm strength.

Cam had no choice. Just like Bryce has no choice but to throw to whatever a brycen Tremayne is

Ginn was a one trick pony and his strength played into Cams strength as a passer. It was a good fit.

Much like Adam Thielen’s route running ability plays into Young’s strength which is anticipation

Young turned a 35/36 Adam Thielen into a very productive WR again and now that he’s back in Minnesota he’s no where to be seen

LOL. Yeah Steve Smith, Brandon LaFell, Jonathan Stewart, Deangelo Williams and Greg Olsen were all trash till Cam got here to elevate their game.

I liked Cam but lets be honest here. His strength was him being a two threat QB. At least for his first 4 years

PFF has and always will be trash until they disclose their bs grading system.

See if you can find me a highlight of Bryce hitting a receiver in stride down the sideline with more than 25+ air yards.

Would you like to remind everyone how the majority of those guys looked when Pickles was under center in 2010?

Tremayne is a better WR than Young is a QB. Why make so many excuses for Young and not Tremayne?
