Brady didn't lose his job because of Teddy what kind of revisionist history is this.

After that 2020 season they were calling that man a offensive guru how he had a terrible Panther's team offense cooking.

Robby Anderson had 95 catches for 1,096 yards career highs for him

DJ Moore had 66 catches and 1193 yards with a career high of 18.1 yards a catch he's never came anywhere near that YPC total again.

Curtis Samuel had 77 catches and 851 yards again career highs for him.

In the history of the franchise never has it's 3 top receivers amass that many yards collectively

Yall just create narratives that's just not true for people who actually watch the games and know the history of this franchise.

All those numbers just show how talented those guys were. And the fact that Joe Brady was able to make a career journeyman in Teddy look somewhat average.

Yeah and somehow his next career journeyman got him fired the very next season.

Robby never came close to a 1000 yards in his career after that, neither did Samuel.

Moore was the only one able to duplicate his numbers in following seasons.

And now Brady calls plays for Buffalo. He became the Buffalo QB coach in 22

Buffalo with Josh Allen runs the ball 30 times a game and works off play action and roll outs.

Good for him.

I never thought he was a bad play caller but whom ever decision it was between him and Rhule to Jettison Bridgewater after 1 season with an offense that performed above expectations is one of the reasons why they are both collecting paychecks in other places.

I know Hooker has got talked down by Detroit fans and im.not hyping him up but that offense never fit him honestly. We do a bunch of roll outs and boots... a mobile qb in this offense would be deadly  if he could hit the targets. The offense the created around Goff was pretty much for a pocket qb only. I wouldn't rule him out but I'm not crowning him either.  The NFL has proven change of environment  can literally shift the trajectory of a players potential. All that to say, I hope whoever finishes  the season out, balls out.

I watched him play there. It had nothing to do with "fit." He was just incapable of making NFL throws.

Yeah. But he must have seen something in him. There were surely other guys out there to bring in.
These are usually fruitless, I know. Just curious.

Hooker was a 2023 3rd round draft pick that one of the best draft evaluation teams in the past five years(who would have thought that would be said) bailed on after two offseasons(he was recovering an an ACL tear all of 2023).

That ain't a good sign.

    • You’re playing madden we’re talking real football stuff…. He does have you seen his special on internet he def thinks he’s getting paid
    • Without the team having an identity kinda hard to predict what they value.  They either are really trying to build a balanced team, or preparing for another swing at qb if Bryce doesn’t pan out. Seems like we value the o line but the $ spent there has been underwhelming besides Lewis, you could say it’s because of injuries but still hasn’t been worth the investment. as already stated, the whole handling of Bryce young as a whole has been ass backwards, we spent the years we’re supposed to take advantage of having a qb with a lower cap hit, building the team up to be adequate. now It appears, key word appears, the saints have done it correctly, which is painful to even think about. Regardless, I hope the front office has paid attention to qb contracts recently, such as Tua, Kyler, Daniel jones(pre colts) and don’t settle for subpar qb play at franchise qb rates
    • This is the flaw in your logic.  Cutting 3 of our best players will somehow move us from whatever we are to "compete". Even the most Young super fans are not predicting a ceiling above top 10-12, and that will not nearly cut it.  Someone will need to break the log jam of QBs getting nothing or North of 50. Our qb is at best a middle ground, lets hope it will be us that also manage to pay the worth at about 100 over 3 years.  And before you jump me, yes that is only of he improves.
