Dalton will look much older, Dave will throw it too much and the D will get reality checked.

Bills 30 Panthers 13

The question is from daves perspective why does he feel like he can throw it more when dalton plays??? Nobody ever thinks about this...to me it speaks how he really feels about bryce.

Because it's Dave's MO. It's what he wants to do and Dalton allows him to do it, even if he shouldn't. He will run down an old man from the bench but can't do it with Young or Dave is the problem...which says enough about the entire situation IMO

I know one thing. I would have Horn active this week. If he gets behind the defense Andy will get that ball down there.

Speed kills.

That's what Detroit has going on with their offense.

Jimmy Horn Jr provides that type of speed for the Panthers we need that element in the gameplan.

Someone was bitching about him in the other games thread lol. I was like really? He's averaging 13 yards a catch and half of those are behind the line of scrimmage. He obviously adds a dimension to the offense that has been missing since like Ted Ginn

I’ve heard that Vegas looks at only 3 things when predicting games and setting the line

1. HC
2  Qb

3. Injuries

If that flash card is true, then it is the Bills to win

Add to it, , the Bills have lost 2 in a row and coming off a bye   They cannot afford to allow the Patriots to hang around by getting a 3rd loss.   That does not bode well for Carolina

to me though

1. it is all on the Panthers oline.  If Lewis returns at full strength, and perform at a high level, huge.

2 the defense needs to pressure and spy on Allen. Stop Allen and you stop the Bills   He is their biggest threat  he will make plays but make him pay for every single one

3. Canales, lord have mercy, for the love of god, don’t overthink this…start Rico, run Rico and no trick plays…

START RICO.  RUN THE BALL WITH RICO. RUN THE BALL WITH RICO

Control, the clock   Keep Allen on the bench

IF YOU ARE GOING  To PASS, PLAY ACTION ON FIRST  DOWN

If 1 thru 3 happen

           Panthers 30.  Bills 28

and joy reigns in the Queen City

The Rico thing is so obvious. And we so obviously won't do it.

Throw Horn Jr back there with them and run a triple option run game.

Yes.
I am sorry, I would just rather watch anything at this point than the same dink and dunk.

I admit the handoffs RICO have been pretty great lately. Couple of throws.

As soon as they take the run away we are back to that same sorry ass lil passing chart.

    • I thought he was from watching him play and also doing his first HC job. I thought he was the real deal  Apparently what happened is Kraft committed to Mayo and I don’t remember the timeline exactly - but Vrabel was unemployed at the same time Belichick was unemployed. They both were fired (or out) after the 2023 season.  Kraft hired Mayo. Who was kind of an obvious disaster. He probably already had the deal in place but I will give Kraft credit for not sleeping. With Vrabel out there for 2025 he made the move he needed to make and if it hurt Mayo’s feelings then oh well.  I guess you can tell I am not fond of Kraft but that was a really savvy move. At his age, pretty good. Still has it.
    • It’s going to feel like a home game for the bills. There are so many of their fans that live down here now, and many of them have never seen Allen play in person since their last visit was 8 years ago. It didn’t matter for the cowboys game, but it might here. I think we likely lose a close one. Probably a questionable flag or two that doesn’t go our way. X factor for Buffalo will be Kincaid and Knox. If we do win it’s because we get ahead and play keep away from Allen. FYI- I have many friends who are Bills fans that are fed up with Beane who we all revere and think is the one that got away. They feel like he was great to land Josh but has done a terrible job of building around him (especially at WR) and rely on him to become super man to win- sounds kind of familiar, like the last time we had a franchise QB.
    • I always thought of him as an uptight military family dude, didn't know he needs to wash that mouth out with soap lol.
