Watching Rivers making adjustments based on pre snap reads is a revelation. Didn't we draft Bryce because he's reputedly a super processor who can shred defenses with his intellect? Well, well, well...

Reminds me of the Ravens and Lamar Jackson. Sure there's a very slim chance something could happen but just like with Lamar anyone and everyone in that front office involved is basically nuking their career right then and there when they trade a QB of his caliber in his prime regardless of the return compensation. That's all they'll be remembered for.

I remember the asking price for Lamar. 3 1sts and 3 2nds and 50m a year with the new contract and Lamar wanted the team to build around him. It was an impossible ask.

He scares me with those comments he made. What’s to stop him from retiring if he is traded? Maybe he really is burned out.

People that survive into old age or seniorhood lol, we were young also. We have that, and we have the added perspective of many more years and situations.

The old people know a whole lot more than your youthful arrogance allows you to understand. FTR. So STFU with your disrespect for our experience.

      I agree but he honestly has gotten better about this. Used to be he’d do it like 4-5 times a game, now it’s like 2-3. Overall I’m incredibly happy with his game, his D has been solid and when he is playing his role he’s a solid scorer and one of the few guys who can consistently finish at the rim and provide that threat. Plus he’s electric and LaMelo loves him. Going into the season I was sure he would just be a stop gap here but now I’m reconsidering and could see him continue to be a “core” piece here. Obviously not on the level of the other starters but he is an important cog for this team. We felt his missed presence during his and Moose’s suspensions.

      Philly will be a bigger challenge than the Knicks were IMO. George and Embiid are back, not sure about Maxey but Embiid alone is a nightmare matchup for us and Moose. We’ve never really done well against him. Celtics added Tatum but honestly not sure they’re all that much better with him right now than they were when we whooped them a few weeks ago. We should be able to at the very least split these 2, hopefully take both.
