Jim Harbaugh seems to be a believer in him.

Really it just comes down to longevity.

We could throw money at one of the aging vets like Brisset or Winston or Mariota but that really isn't moving the needle much more than Dalton. You're just hoping that they haven't fallen off a steep cliff when you sign them because make no mistake it's there and when it happens it's a wrap.

We need a draft pick and we need a younger QB with potential.

There are literally two starting QB's in the NFL as we speak that are averaging less than Bryce.

Justin Fields at 153.2 and Dillon Gabriel at 124.1.

Both also have a lower QBR and a worse winning percentage.

Bryce is atrocious but it can indeed get worse.

I keep wanting Fields to find success but man he is becoming the common variable…. That and making terrible decisions like signing with the Jets.

There is nothing more to see nor had there been anything to see for a couple of years. He is fuging atrocious.

His best bet is to convert to a TE/WR/something. QB is just never gonna happen for him.

I wasn't a big fan coming in. Some of the same reasons he struggles with now. He just doesn't see the field well at all. Even when he does, he cannot consistently make the throws. 

Million dollar talent, ten cent processing ability.

It happens. The teams that keep doing this to themselves are just nuts.

And people want to trade a 4th for the guy who was drafted in the 5th and is deemed not good enough to play over the guy averaging 124...
