Game Day Menu Monday Night Edition

I did my game day menu yesterday because I had time to smoke without the game on.  😃 Smoked ribs for 3.5 hours also with a smoked onion.   The wife and I were able to pull the bones easily and cleanly away  from  the meat.  YUM-O!!!

Still dialing it in to perfection. Rev. 4 will be figuring out precise smoke times and fry times. 

Yesterday's results were the best so far. Batter and process is finalized. It's just detail modifications now.

I'm going to get a lemon pepper rotisserie chicken from Wally world. I'm going to toast some honey wheat bread, spread a little mayo and half a  wedge of garlic and herb Laughing Cow cheese on the toast, add black pepper, then add a generous helping of romaine and red lettuce, add the chicken breast (minus the skin), then add a two or three light squeezes (thin lines) of Kinder's Black Cherry Chipotle sauce, add a few drops of Louisiana hot sauce, finally add some more romaine and red lettuce, and top it off with my toast (again with the other half of the wedge of Laughing Cow cheese, mayo and black pepper).

I'll have one or two of those chicken sandwiches.

Oh man when I lived in Atlanta there was a wing joint next to the grocery I shopped at and it was run by Koreans.  They had the best wings.  I have never been able to reverse engineer their sauce. 
I mea. I looked online for something that sounded right a couple weeks back. 30 years and I still remember them.
