Or HC

he needs to turn over play calling

Crazy idea. Canales at QB, Bryce calls the plays. Who says no? Can't imagine Canales would do worse and Bryce is probably damn good at calling plays after studying for Madden, um, I mean the S2 test for all those years.

The best time to replace Bryce was right after year 1 when actually earned the 1st overall pick. The fact that we traded it for Bryce and it ended up being a historic year for QBs the YEAR AFTER we drafted Bryce was a massive clusterfug.

Just horrible decision making by whoever made the call to trade

Yep. Leave it to the Panthers to trade up to #1 overall to take a budt and then earn the #1 overall pick the very next year when they could've had their pick of Caleb Williams, Jayden Daniels, and Drake Maye.

Yeah, but same trade, taking the other QB, the lookback probably is much more favorable. Trading the future away for the player that they did set the team back many, many years. It was never the right pick.

Tampa is going to limp their way to another NFCS title due to how inept Pnathers and Falcons are, the Saints are tearing everything down but I feel they will be up sooner than later.

First team to 8 wins takes the division. Although both Tampa and Carolina tanking and the division winner having 7 wins would be amazing.

We would have just drafted McCarthy

Yes blame everything on the quarterback. Blame running the ball a total of 9 times on the quarterback. Blame the god awful horrific play calling and and screen passes on the quarterback. It is all his fault

Seems like you are finally coming to your senses.

He has to go

cant even use him for a qb sneak

can’t play against a zone defense

I see no way forward with young

his inability to get first downs killed, literally, the defense this game

had my hopes up, no more

He has one or two reads at best. This being the guy we drafted for this "processing speed". He just does not see the blatantly obvious open receiver ever. Just forces it into his first or second progression.

    • I honestly can’t believe this team’s turnaround this season. It’s surreal. Figured healthy we’d be fringe playoffs and with another lottery pick could finally turn the corner, but we don’t even need that. This group is ready. We haven’t played remotely well the last 5 games and yet still blew out 5 bad teams by 16+ each game like it was casual practice. We had a few solid teams with Kemba and Big Al but this is easily our best group since the original Hornets moved to NO. Man, what a shift in culture this new ownership group and front office has brought. So damn happy to see it after years of suffering and consistently meaningless games in this stretch of previous seasons.   Only 2.5 games out of the 6 seed, although Miami, Atlanta and Orlando have been playing well too. Gonna be a fun final stretch, hopefully we can get a top 8 seed at the very least. Celtics tomorrow will be a good test. Would be huge to keep the road winning streak up against a very hot top team on the 2nd half of a back to back. We’ve played Boston pretty well the last few years with much of this same group despite sucking so I do feel pretty good about it. Kon is due for a huge game coming off a few cold shooting games (although despite the poor shooting he’s been contributing well with defense, assists and rebounds).
    • It amazes me how underrated Horn has become after he finally was able to stay on the field. Sure last year wasn’t perfect but he was still a huge reason for our rebound defensively and I’d say he’s easily a top 10 corner. You don’t want to see Mike Jackson as our top corner. Any player is available for the right price but I’d be extremely hesitant to move Horn even for a big haul from LA.
