We can win only one more game and take the division lol. We'd just need to count on the falcons to win their last 3 games and the bucs to lose to the dolphins. If all 3 teams finish 8-9 we get the tiebreaker. Obviously the 1 win would have to come against the bucs.

Even better we can tie the bucs twice and not actually have to win a game at all provided Atlanta wins out it's perfect

This is incorrect. We lose the #3 tiebreaker. In your scenario, common opponents record would be:

Tampa: 7-7

Carolina: 6-8

I dunno, I think he might be right because Im putting it into the playoff machine and it has us win.  From my search its head to head amongst the 3 teams, Atlanta would be 1-3, Tampa would be 2-2, and we would be 3-1 in the 4 games amongst the 3 teams giving us the tiebreaker.  Its just not gonna happen, but its the dumbest scenario possible lol.

The #3 Tiebreaker is common opponents.

Thats if its between 2 teams, little further down in the 3 or more section it says head to head amongst the teams, if still tied go to the next one, if 2 teams remain tied then redo the steps as a 2 way tie, but we wouldnt get to that because in head to head Panthers vs Bucs vs Falcons itd be

Panthers 3-1
Bucs 2-2
Falcons 1-3

Thus there wouldnt go to common opponents between panthers and bucs.

Wouldn't get to that it would be head to head for all three teams first.

We'd be 3-1

Bucs would be 2-2

Falcons would be 1-3

    • I completely disagree.  If one is 20 years old and doesn't have the sense to understand what a contract is, shouldn't be signing them. And from what I understand, these guys have agents advising them.   Once the contract is signed, both the school and the individual signing should be bound by it as long as it follows the law.  Otherwise, what is the point of the contract?
    • 1. Have to draft Ickey's replacement in the 1st or 2nd round, high chance he will never be the same and he wasn't dominant to begin with.   2. Yes - pay him before he gets more expensive.  Right now, he can be had reasonably cheap given that he still needs to prove he can stay healthy and have a full season of WR2 production. 3. I think you keep him on the roster and see if he is willing to work and improve.  If he doesn't you simply don't pick up his 5th year option after this year.  4. See #1  5. Draft best available in either 1st or 2nd round.   6. I think RB room is set, hopefully Brooks shows promise and takes over half the carries.  maybe draft another one in the late rounds 4-5 for depth.
    • How about 60 mins of hockey vs 2. Get that win boys.
