Broooo the offense spotted Arizona two touchdowns on our first 2 drives of the game and for the rest of the game our defense only allowed 13 points. Who else are you holding to this standard???

Who cares we lost to another bottom feeder.  another big ol ridiculous  L.

False. We had no timeouts left.

Last I checked the clock stops on getting out of bounds, spiking the ball, an incompletion and the two minute warning.

I'm one of the "go for it" types

No, you're clearly not.

But we literally had no chance of coming back. ZERO.

Did you take any probability or analytics classes in college.  Our odds weren't zero.  They were small, but they weren't zero.

When you realize that, you make sure you have every player for the game against TB.

There isn't a single starter on our team who would be so big of a loss that it would really matter. This team is a bunch of JAGs and nobodies.

There is no way to slice your argument, where you don't look like a quitter or a loser.  Which is what this team proved to be today.

That doesn't even make sense. If he's game planning to his weaknesses you can also say he's game planning to his strengths as well. We've seen Bryce make tough throws. How many people threw up stats about Bryce being the most accurate deep ball passer this week? I would call that a strength. It's just, why did we not see that this game? We can also acknowledge that Seattle is a VERY good football team and very well coached. I just think Canales gets too conservative in these big games sometimes. You HAVE to take shots!

Ah, ok. Instructions on how to prepare pop tarts exist on the back of the box for people like you.

So, Bryce has many limitations. Canales tries to create the best game plans to either hide or compensate for those limitations. This means defenses have a really easy time game planning for our offense. This means that in order to succeed we need our defense to force turn overs while we cannot have any errors on offense. If our run game cannot carry us to a victory, it is highly unlikely we can rely on Bryce Young to win us the game. That stat posted last week was not about deep balls. It was "big time" plays, whatever that means according to PFF. Bryce is one of the worst deep passers in the league.

I've been iffy on Canales for awhile now. I think we need to explore all options for a possible upgrade at HC in the offseason.

All that being said. This is the second head coach we are throwing under a bus when Bryce Young has played absolutely abysmal football and he is heading into his fourth year as a starter. We need a new QB room before we can really know what the potential of this team is. I think guys on the team do legitimately like Bryce Young but when he plays like this and his faults become so glaringly visible it has to take the wind out of everyone's sails and create a domino effect. At the end of the day when the #1 pick and third highest paid player on the roster can play that horrifically why should anyone else care much less risk themselves to injuries.

I like this take, there's certainly a good amount of blame to throw at Bryce, I give you that. But look at when we got that fumble in the first half. We had the ball inside the red zone or close. Canales runs Rico and he gets 8 yards. So 2 and 2 at around the 8 yard line. Then, Canales doesn't even take one shot at the end zone. We run it two straight time into the strength of Seattle's defense. Was a moment in the game to TAKE the momentum. Seems sometimes that situational awareness is lost on Canales. And how much did we even try to stretch the field today? Not counting junk time. Stop being afraid to turn it lose! Yes, Seattle one of the best defenses in the NFL. BUT, how much of the 56 total passing yards were just schemed that way? At least we could know for sure if it's MORE Bryce than coach.

I cannot make this more clear. We can fire Canales we can fire Evero we can fire the entire staff and start all over from scratch....again. But no coach alive or dead is going to be able to change Bryce Young's physical limitations. All of these issues revolve around the fact that he is NOT a franchise QB.

Nice. That was sarcasm by the way. I've likely got about 20-30 points on you (minimum) so your "slicing" just makes you look dumb. The whole "they weren't *statistically* zero" is the stupidest crap I've read in quite some time. I do lots of statistics and understand that 0.0000000000000000001 is pretty much a definite loss. Or do I need to add a few zero's for you to understand?
