I'm not a Bryce supporter but he did pass for 60 more yards than Mayfield. If the inability to pass throttles running game then  we should have locked down their running game.

You may be referring to lack of arm talent.  I've blamed Bryce for several losses but our OL should get a game ball from the Bucs.

This. We need a true, consistent threat in the backfield. We don't have it yet.

Rico looked unstoppable for a month, and Chuba has his moments, but no team fears our running backs.

It's not Rico / It's not Chuba - Our OL could not move a stick of butter an inch across a red hot griddle.  Our DL wasn't much better - just pushed all over field throughout the game.  Bryce didn't lose this one, we were beat in the trenches - again.

It was bad but not quite that bad. More like 7:1

That’s where I am. There are games that are Bryce’s fault. Today was not one of them. He misses some plays, but no more than quite a few LBs/DBs/kicker/OL/WR/RB/cosches.

and, ultimately, if he threw for 400 yards and 5 TDs, 100 of those yards and 2-3 of those TDs would’ve just been called back for “holding” or “OPI”.

Bryce would have been benched again if it wasn't for the run game saving the season. Now that it's gone we are back to what we were before that. The worst team in the league.

We have the highest paid oline in NFL or at least we did.  They get bullied against every physical defense even in the run game.

I think we may have tried to run it outside once the entire game. Just moronic play calling having just about every one of our run plays be a dive with Vita vea being one of the best run defending DTs in the NFL

I wasn't really seeing what made Hubbard special to give him a pretty sweet contract.  I wasn't against re-signing him, but I was thinking more along the lines of a RB2 deal (because that's what he really is) instead of a RB1 contract.  In short, we overpaid...per normal.
