2026 Charlotte Hornets

Recommended Posts

It seems it's a pretty low chance to get anything above 9 seed.  Someone did the numbers and it's like 15% chance to get 8 seed and much lower for above.  I think it's like 50% for 9th and 25% for 10th seed.  Knowing that, I wonder if it may make sense to sit Kon or others and at the very least limit some minutes to get ready for two play-in games.

Looking like the most likely scenario to make the playoffs will be needing to beat Miami at home and then go on the road vs Orlando. Honestly, I kinda like our odds if that is the case. Miami will be tougher but Orlando is trash and we matchup well against them. If they somehow were to upset Philly in the 7/8 game I'd have zero confidence going into Philly lol.

Philly probably goes 2-1 last three games, Orlando probably goes 1-1 in its last two.

With Detroit locked and injured right now and NY locked in, pretty good chance they sit and rest or play the starters limited minutes those two games and it ends up with Philly, Orlando and Charlotte all with the same record of 45-37.

🤷‍♂️

If that happens we need Atlanta to lose their last two then boom we jump them all as division winner
