Chuba was hurt last year and didn't get back to form until later in the season. Dowdle flashed for a few games but it quickly died out. Chuba is our starter.

I can't see that happening.  Too many IFs in the RB room.  Hubbard is about the only RB we can count on as of now.   If we destroy our RB room there is no way Young will succeed.  We cannot become a throw first to open the running game.

Which is terrible, 1 QB and 2 first round WRs in the last three drafts and we still have to be a run first team.

Am I the only one that sees a problem with this?

Also no one is checking for Hubbard, you can get that quality of back later in the draft, he's not a game changer.

That is a huge gamble.  You cannot be 100% certain that you are going to get a solid running back to replace Hubbard.  You can think we can get a replacement in the draft you however you would be going into the season with a 30+ YO RB, a running back who has had 2 ACL tears in the same leg and a 2nd yr RB with limited success and a rookie you hope can replace Hubbard.  

You are taking a serious gamble for a run first offense.  

Hubbard won't be traded.  It makes zero sense.

yea hes not going to be traded...coming off a down year, his panther value is not what his league value would be.

Im not sure we could trade him even if we wanted to, not for anything worthwhile anyway.
