at least thomas williams got his concussion by laying the wood... i knew soon as pugh tackled he got a concussion. Leading with his head, head down, it was like deja vu of the hit that had Godfrey or Gamble out.

I agree.

I think that the Atlanta game was the exception rather than the rule, and we've been in games (and winning games) against better teams. Giving up those two pass interference plays, which basically spotted the Falcons 14, beat us.

I'm not in full-freak out mode, but, I do believe we need to make adjustments. I think we're a draft, an off-season, and few vet pick ups away from being a very, very good team.

I don't know if a CB is needed as badly as a DT or LB at this point.

I was pretty sure that moving towards the 3-4 was what Rivera was talking about in the press conference. I was going to post earlier that what was announced would surprise some people. This is Rivera's decision not McDermott's, McDermott was probably asked to look at the tape of the team running the 3-4 look compared the 4-3 looks and seeing which one was performing better.

The coaches made up their mind and the move to the 3-4 is now on.
