I only panic that cam may fly around the world backwards...thus reversing the rotation of the earth and reversing time.

Although I would be younger I am not ready for my metal hair to come back and then Eventual Mullet as i was trying to whoo a not so metal lady...in junior high.. Horrifying.

He still needs to learn how to slide... but yes, I am momentarily distressed when he does some of that. After one play today he laid on the ground motionless for a few seconds and I freaked a little.

From what I've learned, kid has never played a minute of organized baseball in his life. Plus those legs of his are looooooooooooooooooooooong. His organized-crumple is as good a way of hitting the dirt as any.

Cam also does the motionless thing just to freak people out. And to get an extra little breather between plays. And, at the end of games, to run more clock out. Kid is a GENIUS. :D

In all honesty though, I always enjoy them and I am in awe of his athleticism when he does it, but that one yesterday where he jumped, got spun around, then Sean Jones came in and popped him and you saw his helmet get jarred... That one I got worried on for a second.

It's funny how he's taken two wicked shots in the air denying him a TD (London Fletcher and then yesterday), and both times the defender is all jacked up, barking, talking poo, and then there's Cam...grinning.

I'm much more worried when I see Cam get blindsided in the pocket. Those are solid hits that actually hurt. I haven't seen him take a hard hit in the open field or on one of those leaps yet.

I hate Cam running at the goal line and leaping for it. Eventually, someone is going to try and hurt him on purpose.
