Follow this guy on twitter. I was a bit skeptical, but his "sources" have been 100% correct on everything, both panthers and other teams.

He is saying the Panthers are looking to trade up to 4 to get Claiborne, or Kalil if possible.

straight up trade for Deangelo for #3/4 and keep #9. I feel offense productivity wont change much and carolina can pick up 2 starters on defense. Possibly Claiborne and Poe.

Why are we willing to trade back to receive second and third rounders we are notoriously known for missing big on? Why don't we trade up in the first and get the stud we want in Claiborne? We will have a potentially lockdown corner locked up for cheap for years to come. Look at the receivers in our division, they are better than the RB's at this point. We need a CB more than a DT.

There is not a Dline player in this years draft that can do what you described. Sorry but if your looking for impact players this year its a CB. Both Claiborne and Kirkpatrick are top 5 talent.

I'm not opposed to Jenkins at all at #22..I'm a big fan of Jenkins, But he's not a better prospect than Claiborne. We need to get a stud playmaker on Defense, because other than CJ and Beason nobody else makes plays..

Unless someone unexpected falls too us, #9 sucks and we are gonna get stuck with the stiff Reily Reiff or gambling on a DT.
