We bigger worries than a Greg Hardy extension....with hopefully a better front 7 this year hopefully it means Hardy does less and we gain some leverage in talks

 

 

That, or with others drawing more attention Hardy goes off for 15+ sacks and demands Charles Johnson money.

Anyone else think that when Gettleman said Deangelo was on the roster "right now" it was more a leverage play to get this done?

This has been an awesome offseason.  Beason will not restructure and Gettleman should not ask him to do it.  If he falls flat this year, you can cut him or trade him and save more money.

 

agreed only if he was considering staying around would he restructure but if he falls flat unfortunately he will be good as gone next season.  I think we have one more splash left to make in the off season who knows

I'm happy we got it done and all but we still have too many RB's.
