Wharton re-signed. Should G-man eat crow and re-sign Hangman?

I'm just asking. It does seem like the line has taken a step backwards since Hangman was released.  If nothing else he may provide some experienced versatility.

 

 

One thing that I forgot to mention is that familiarity with others on the O-line has to stand for something.  You can't get that with anyone else out there.

If he wants to come back, I say why not...he'd at least provide a bit of insurance at C if Kalil gets injured. I think he's certainly better than Williams.

Speaking with some of the staff at camp, one of the reasons hangman isn't here because he admitted himself that he cannot play anymore.

Same thing happened with Minter...some players realize its just their time and they cannot physically handle NFL football anymore.

Hangman is not very good.  There will be some guys that get cut from other teams that are every bit as good a Hangy if not better.

He's on the same level as Garry Williams but more versatile. As a pure backup it would be cool to have him back just for the comedic value of Kalil, Gross, Wharton, and Hangartner back together again.

Hangman was not very good. Replacing someone that is bad with someone else that is bad and older and more expensive doesn't make much sense to me.
