I wish... (Chud edition)

Chud sucked because Chud was egotistical. We all know why Chud called the plays he did.

I don't think there to be one person on this board that wouldn't agree with Chud's ability to call a game is better than Shula's.

Give me the best of both and I take Chud.

and I never said have him take over the offense. "Consultant".

Yea his play calling was so much better that he just about single handedly fuged up our 2012 season.

Lol Isn't Shula just running Chuds playbook but much worse at calling plays. Chud could definitely help the passing game though, that's pretty much undeniable. Too many bridges were burned when he left for him to return at all. Especially since it was players like Smitty and Delo that threw him under the bus...then threw it in reverse just to make sure they got his a$$.

You know what else would help the passing game?  People not dropping balls.

Just let Mr gettlemen be the offensive consultent. Hell He is scounting out oponents as we speak (done so with the giants before). Why not let him be the second pair of eyes to know whtat to call.

Plus self scouting to know what our weaknesses our coudlnt hurt, extra help to know what pieces we need on the o come the offseason.

12-4, NFC South Champs, first round bye...

fug Shula he sucks we can't accomplish anything with him we need a new oc let's bring back the guy that everyone hates and couldn't get poo done when it mattered. We need to run more read option and not sustain drives. Our d needs to stay on the field.we also need to just throw bombs down the field even though our personel doesn't match that. I mean chud is so awesome in clevland I heard they love him up there. So clever and innovative. Smitty loves chud. Bring the guy back. Shula plays to the strengths of his players. Fug that we need to force some crazy scheme on our guys. When it doesn't work we can just blame the personel. Nbd. Shula sucks chud rocks!!

Yeah, its bullsshit. Shula susatins drives, keeps our D off the field, and calls an offense compatable with a shaky o-line and mediocre WRs. Seriously f*** chud. Bitch can go sleep in a dumpster.. Prick.

The douche was never in it for the team. The egotistical ass used our season as a way to strut his stuff for a head coaching job. IDC if the guy is a genious. I don't want people like him on our squad.

    • Linebacker The Panthers have selected decent pass-rushing linebackers in recent drafts, but a three-down player at the position is needed. More than a run stuffer, a linebacker who can cover is an offseason goal. Edge Rusher Nic Scourton played incredibly well as a rookie, but another consistent pass rusher to pair him with is needed, as D.J. Wonnum looks set for free agency. Offensive Line Starting left tackle Ikem Ekwonu tore his patella tendon during the first quarter of the playoff loss to the Los Angeles Rams. He will be out for a while and may miss all of 2026. Interior blockers Cade Mayes and Austin Corbett are set for free agency. MOCK DRAFT ROUND 1: Cashius Howell/Edge/Texas A&M If CJ Allen falls to this spot, I believe the Panthers would scoop him up, but the Georgia linebacker is getting a lot of love in the scouting community. In Howell, they are getting a system fit that could be a terrific pairing with Scourton. He’s also a pass-rushing linebacker who is effective in space.   ROUND 2: Jake Golday/LB/Cincinnati Golday is the three-down linebacker the Panthers’ defense needs, as he’s tough, instinctive, and well-rounded. Dan Morgan will love him  ROUND 3: Michael Trigg/TE/Baylor Carolina has solid tight ends but no true playmakers. They seem to have an aversion to throwing the ball to Ja’Tavion Sanders, and he hasn’t developed as expected. Trigg can get downfield and be a large receiver at the tight end position ROUND 4: Brian Parker II /C/Duke The Panthers could use a guard or center, and Parker, who played right tackle for Duke, projects to either.
