I am a huge Kevin Harvick fan. I used to be a huge RCR fan. But damn dude NASCAR will never be what it used to be. It sold out to the highest bidder. It's no longer a southern based sport and the Nascar families no longer are there. A part of that may have to do with some of the younger guys in the families passing away but it's still effected the product. The ASR is awful. The races are awful for the most part, the coverage stinks, and NASCAR has no business being out in Michigan/California/etc. The tailgates are now the main selling point of nascar for people like me who aren't gearheads.

I'm a Dale Jr. fan who would love NASCAR a lot more if they'd let him win one race a year haha. He came close all the damn time last year.

Have always thought the fix was in on this sport and never liked how they just made rules up as they went along. Any legitimate sport would have retired the number 3 along time ago. The I heard this dude was getting the #3, was the grandson of the most influential individual in racing ooutside of the CEO and he has the pole for the Daytona. This made me think for sure something was rotten in Denmark.

Now I see his helmet and I want to be a fan of his but I'm conflicted by everything else. Love the helmet though.

i hope dale jr puts his silver spoon fed ass in the wall coming to the checkered flag on sunday... austin dillon acts like hes the second coming of the intimidator but kevin harvick put his ass in check in the truck series at martinsville. i cant stand the fact that the 3 is on the track without dale jr in it and yes i get the fact that RCR owns the number...

    • I don't think working from memory is going to be very productive or useful. You would need to compare them all, which is far easier to do from the breakdowns of each game. That has tiered charts that give real data.  But, even then that wouldn't substitute for a trained eye(s) doing detailed film analysis to attempt to determine if we are modifying the offense dramatically for Bryce.
    • I think front office and general team culture under new ownership is sort of on the right track. The rookies all look incredible compared to where you'd expect each one of them to be right now. Lee's in game coaching is awful, he might be ok as a culture and developmental guy but that can't outweigh the in-game miscues and bad game plans. If LaMelo can't figure out the ankles then I think you gotta trade him for a haul, can't keep having your seasons lost every year because he can't stay on the court. And I say that as a big fan of him. Miller I think is unlucky, he looks likely to be an elite core player for us, but if he can't put together a stretch of healthy seasons he would trend towards LaMelo and need to be moved. I used to like Miles on the court a lot more but nowadays he's just an empty stat guy who needs to go. The short lived hot start to the season was fun but unless LaMelo and Miller both get and stay healthy within the next few weeks I can't even see us being a play-in team this year. And even if they do get healthy, we're probably looking at play-in at best, maybe barely compete for that fringe 6th seed.
