Funny that lots of people weren't so happy we kept Davis and resigned him a few years ago.  Seems to have worked out.  I guess making too much of what happens in March is a common problem for most folks, even players.

You can be a good GM without being a hard ass... (i.e. Ozzie Newsome). There is money there, it just has to be found (i.e. cutting Godfrey).
