White Russian with a personal twist...

 

Kraken instead of vodka. The spices in Kraken blend beyond perfectly with the Kahlua, it's ridiculously good.

 

Great idea! I'm gonna have to try that soonish.

 

Another twist on a classic is I like a Red Manhattan, which is a Manhattan with Red Stag and dry vermouth.

Sounds weird but Jager and black ginger tea. I usually mix it about 1/4 jager 3/4 tea. Not too sweet and the ginger tames the licorice taste down a good bit. It's an easy one to sit back with and take the edge off after a hard day of watching Panther football.

I'm on this level most of the time.  I also enjoy a good whiskey such as Jameson though, and occasionally some moonshine.  Both neat.  There's no need to mix if the liquor is good.

Captain & ginger is my go to... Had some 100proof Captain, mixed it with MtDew WhiteOut, defugginlicious..... Buddy of mine tried it and said "Thats a panty dropper right there...", so now it has a name......

 

I agree with Klong, whiskey neat... Give me 4 fingers of GentlemanJack or Makers or Jamesons and Im a happy guy......
