  2. Why take a 2nd round QB when you can trade up for an injured running back thats a bigger bust than Eric Shelton.
  3. Agreed, and that’s why it’s so frustrating. All the team has to do is say we are committed to winning and we gave the job to the guy who gives us the best chance to win. If it’s not Bryce trade or cut him and move on. I feel like what the team is doing currently has to be even more frustrating to the players and fans.
  4. Evero is aaaaaaa-sssssssss. Big stinky booty cheeks. Unwashed, boo-boo crumb filled doo-doo butt.
  5. How do you think a defense which gave up 200 yards on the ground and 138 of those by halftime is doing better than the offense. It was over 6 yards a carry for Jacksonville even when we knew they were going to run. Both were dreadful. We were on pace to give up almost 500 yards which got reduced to 378 when Jacksonville focused on running out the clock instead of scoring more points. Do you know how many 3 and outs we caused all game. I drive at the beginning of the second half. Pitiful. Our offense had two 3 and outs which is not that unusual but surely nothing to write home about. No the defense is starting out exactly where it ended last year- historically bad.
  6. This plus the PI on him that I still think he catches would have put him over 100 yards receiving.
  7. Because it doesn't make any sense with how bad this roster is. Why waste a mid round pick on a guy who will never be the franchise answer when we have holes everywhere? I'm not bothered to go look it up, but I imagine only like 1 or 2 out of 32 teams have franchise guys from 5th round or later picks. Purdy and....? Rattler maybe? Either Bryce is the guy, or we move off of him this year and draft one of the 4 projected first round QBs. Can't waste draft captial with where we are
  8. The Saban/Alabama effect is why so many in the media still refuse to even vaguely criticize him. But someone like Cam Newton got the daggers 24/7
  9. https://x.com/sheena_marie3/status/1965106282685489393?s=46 hmmmm
  10. It's wild three years and many poor or awful starts later and a 6-25 record and there are still folks blaming everyone and everything around him and "rooting" for poor Bryce Young to overcome all these circumstances that aren't his fault. It could never be that he is part of the problem. Crazy.
  11. To be fair Newton was the hammer when he got into the open field. The last LB I can think of that would have really tried to take him on is Ray Lewis (and obviously a ton of hard nosed bastards before him). Almost everyone made a 'business decision' when the 6'5", 250lb Newton was running free and didn't go for the kill shot.
  12. Only thing I disagree with is the mid round pick, def should have been a vet/stop gap qb brought in, no excuse for putting the season in the hands Bryce multiple years after what he’s displayed on tape
  13. After what he's done to this franchise he needs the public embarrassment of being a first round pick (the #1 overall pick) that was cut after his third season. He doesn't have it.
  14. Maybe after the next game, no way we stop the Cardinals offense the way we looked against the Jags
  15. I think the well was intentionally left dry......because if you put someone with a real NFL arm out there....it sort of becomes obvious to all his teammates the difference even in camp/practice. And how long can you deal w/ that in house and w/ the fanbase?
  16. Every time I’ve watched him he’s all motor and no steering wheel
  17. The Panthers are the actual pushovers in the league. Have been for awhile now.
  18. I am just making the point that the saints may not be the pushover we all thought
  19. At this rate I'm not sure Ejiro will make it thru the season if the losing continues
  20. That's interesting. I didn't watch any of it. Kamara is one of the most underrated guys in the NFL IMO. He's always a play maker. I just don't have a ton of faith in Kyler or the Cardinals in general. But their TE probably eats our LBs alive all afternoon.
  21. No, we will probably beat Arizona because it's the one team we have owned the past 20 years for some reason...
  22. Frank clearly wasn't allowed to staff his team as he wanted. Canales clearly wasn't either either. Post Rhule, someone is dictating what the HCs can and can't do w/ their staff it appears. And yeah, an O coach isn't hands on with a D. But it doesn't mean they wouldn't want like minded people they wanted and worked well with on board.
