An Offensive Tackle for the Long Term, but....
jopie87 replied to MHS831's topic in Carolina Panthers
A steady supply of Buproprion HCL and monthly therapy had done the trick. We arent too far past moving D-tackles to offensive line. Never again. Never again. -
Damn…hope ur right. Which Brown Jr?

Actually, the best Buffalo can do is tie and we have more regulation wins. Home ice until the finals. And Colorado won the Presidents trophy.... -

Kind of surprised we have looked at so few OTs so far. Leading me to believe that we aren't looking at OT round 1 (or they assume that all of the good ones will be gone by 19). Glad they went to look at McCoy. I think he is the best corner in this draft and would probably have been a top 10 lock if he didn't tear his ACL a year ago. I think he had a good pro day, so he might be back in that top 10 range -

As of today, our first round opponent will be Boston. Subject to change, of course.

I think the Rams mainly care about on field ability and will take thier chances with the off field stuff - Today

LaMelo gets the Cam treatment from the refs. If they treated him as the superstar that he is, this whole team would look totally different.

It's still early in his tenure as GM, so it's going to look good now. Let's give it another couple years and revisit this. -

Well, he wants to get paid. I am sure we could have signed him more years for more money. -

Signing Walker to just one year (at only 4M???) is a head scratcher to me. The guy was a seventh round pick, but he took over the starting LT spot and held it for three straight seasons on a good football team. Finding a legit LT is tough. Just look at this year's draft where people are saying that the top two prospects (Mauigoa and Fano) are actually RT's and the LT list is full of guys that need a year to develop. Waiting around for Icky to shock the world and return to form as a LT is not going to work out. Free Agent A+ -

He's a good player. Age and injury history might be knocks on him (he will be 25 in his rookie year). -

He's somebody I'm hoping is on the board for us with our 2nd round pick. Guy can play nickel or cover safety well and fits into our zone heavy scheme perfectly -

Highly doubt he makes it to our 2nd round pick. Honestly not sure he even makes it to round 2 entirely -

I believe I just read somewhere that the Rams don't do Top 30 Visits. I mean, it makes sense from the standpoint of trying to keep information close to the vest. -

I'm not sure 19 is too high for Rodriguez anymore. He looks to be moving up boards, but it could be smokescreens.
