What's amazing is that you guys are so caught up on the fact that Hardy was or wasn't found guilty. Hardy is now guilty in the court of public opinion, and right now, that's all that matters.

Goodell, as crooked as he is, said that you don't have to be guilty in a court of law to suspend a player. I would not be surprised to see the league head towards Hardy next, with macdonald third.

ESPN writer David Newton could maybe speak about NC judicial and courts process.  Maybe that would ease espns minds a little.  I know they will still call for Gregs head but damn, speak up and say why suspending him would be wrong.  If he is not guilty, I hope he sues the poo out of ESPN and any other news station.

I am in the process of canceling my Charlotte Observer subscription as we speak. I am fed up and had enough of those Liberal idiots.Last week it was a notice they would not print the word Redskins in front of Washington,when referring to the "Washington Redskins" NFL football team. Now those same morons want to throw  a hometown Carolina Panthers player under the bus before he has been given a permitted jury trial by his peers. I call this a total crock of BS.

Does anyone else fear all this National Witch Hunt crap could possible hurt Hardy's trial by jury? I mean, how many of the Jurors do you think will be affected by all this being shoved in their faces? How many will have the image of Rice KOing his girl in their head during the trial?
