Why don't the Panthers seem concerned about the past two games?

I think eyebrows are already raised.

At the same time we are tied for division lead so maybe a little to early to go on a firing spree and seeming panicked

Only because all of a sudden our division is garbage. The Panthers are close to last in every major team statistical category.

ypg 24th. ppg 28th. We went from a top 3 D to the bottom of the league in 2 games. That is a huge turn around in the NFL. Someone should be held accountable.

I think it's very possible that the defensive coaches used both game tape from the first two games and player input (Mitchell on PIT and Smitty on BAL) to figure out our offensive weaknesses and exploit them.

Both these teams we just played have a rep for having good defenses and there's a reason for it.

Crap, with this Oline, it probably just took 20 minutes of game film to figure out what to do.

As for the defense, something is off... Idk what yet but something tangible has changed.

my biggest problem.

i totally get that you can't just pass all willy-nilly, but i've never seen the inability to adjust the offensive approach according to the ebb and flow of the game the way i did against baltimore. i'm trying be conscious of my own relative ignorance in football philosophy and game management compared to professionals, but the fact that guys get fired for incompetence all the time makes it clear that there are times when fans' observations prove correct.

i really think teams have figured out how to beat mike shula and do it on a consistent basis, and in a copycat league he's going to freight trained by every team until he figures out how to stop it. making your entire philosophy "hold them to ten points and beat them by three" is no longer going to cut it.

fug it, just get a ps4 or xbox one loaded with madden 15 and just pick the play it recommends.
