David Foucault Starting at Left Tackle

 All i can say about Foucault and our entire line is.....(Thinking) "Heaven please help Cam make it through this game uninjured".

Foucault-Velasco-Kalil-Turner-Chandler?

Norwell is better than Velasco. You have not noticed how teams bull rush Velasco into Cam's lap? There is no pocket to step up in to with Velasco at guard.

Would it not make sense to just put a sixth OL on the line in the #2 TE spot? I realize that would be taking a weapon away, but it should help give Cam a little more time.

I wouldn't be opposed to seeing some empty gun sets with the following formation:

6 down lineman (one rotated in at Ed Dickson's spot to help on the left side)

Cam at QB

Olsen at TE1

KB at WR1

Cotchery at WR2

Bersin in the Slot (or a RB beside Cam)

The Panthers were blocking 4 DL with 7 blockers on the final drive of the Seattle game. They still failed miserably on their blocking assignments.

Canadians are too polite as is, hopefully this guy has a mean streak about him. At 6'9 he has the frame to become a elite tackle in this league with a couple of years of development, now he is about to be baptized with fire.

We should see more quick throws, see Cam rolling out to his right, etc.

Chandler has been just as bad if not worse than Bell on the right side.  I'm not sure there is a good option for Cam at this point.

Coach Ron said he wanted Bell back more than any other injured player. Chew on that.

He's been our 2nd best lineman all season. How could anyone even dispute that?
